Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of latex garments and strict hygiene regulations, our return policy is as follows:
1. Hygiene & Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, tried on, or removed from their original sealed packaging. This includes hoods, briefs, bodysuits, and catsuits.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
We inspect every item before it leaves our workshop. However, if your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unpolished, and in its original state.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund upon inspection.
3. Incorrect Sizing
As most items are made to order, we highly recommend consulting our Size Guide before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice before placing your order.
4. How to Start a Return
